ReadyAlert™ has also adapted its alert notification service to operate as a service in the exploding mobile marketing arena. ReadyAlert’s™ Mobile Marketing Service (RA-MMS) is a one-way service that sends promotional text messages to cell phones. ReadyAlert’s™ clients seek to utilize this new technology for their advertising campaigns in lieu of, or in addition to, traditional means.

An analysis is done for the client’s business to establish the registration process and to determine customer profiles. Their customers opt in by providing their cell phone numbers and the category choices in which they are interested for that establishment. Customers can easily opt out if they no longer want to receive these messages. Based on the market analysis, the client determines the optimal time to send out category-specific promotional messages. ReadyAlert’s™ first product for this service is the Mobile Marquees product.
